Resource Vault is an account snapshot, not a claim about what can be spent safely. Keep emergency/healing reserves in mind before planning an event.
Separate what you own from what you can spend
Enter your current food, wood, stone and gold balances individually. The large combined total is an inventory summary: a gold shortage cannot be covered by surplus food. Gems stay outside the four-resource training budget.
For a Statistics → Your Resources & Speedups → Resources screenshot, Total Resources already includes From Items. Importing both columns as separate balances would count the same resource twice.

The difference is approximate because the game can round displayed totals. Check all four rows in the screenshot preview before applying them. Missing readings need correction; a blank or unreadable row is not evidence of zero. Random packs and choice chests are not credited by this summary.
