Make a plan you can check.

These guides explain the inputs, arithmetic and limits behind RoK Vault. Start with the decision you need to make, follow a worked example, then try your own values in the linked tools.

Account preparation

Can I afford my power target?

Build a one-million-power example, protect healing supplies, identify three separate shortages and turn a deadline into a daily saving target.

Work through the power budget →
Inventory checks

What do I actually have?

Read totals without counting items twice, keep five speedup categories separate, and resolve a screenshot that is missing or contradicts a value.

Check resources and speedups →
Kingdom contribution

What changed during this KvK?

Use two sample CSV files to compare the same Governor, calculate a custom DKP score and publish a report with enough context to review it.

Build a contribution report →

Save the baseline before measuring contribution

For a cumulative statistic, contribution during a period is the ending value minus the starting value. Match the same Governor ID and statistic, and keep capture times. A missing observation stays unknown. The KvK contribution guide shows how this affects matching, custom DKP and power-band requirements.

Review the number and its label

Keep the full panel visible and use the original screenshot where possible. In the power planner, compare detected values with the image, correct them and explicitly apply the result. Recognising the screen type does not prove every digit is right. Start with the screenshot review checklist when a value looks wrong.

Power comes from one shared budget

The power planner spends each resource and eligible speedup once. Protected reserves reduce the spendable balance. A target can still need wood, gold or time even when another balance is plentiful. The worked power budget explains both the maximum affordable result and the additional supplies required for a target.

“From Items” is already inside “Total Resources”

Do not add those columns. If a resource summary shows 609.7 million from items and 624.4 million total, the loose amount is approximately 14.7 million. Use 624.4 million as the total. The inventory guide explains rounding, separate resource balances and unknown rows.

Multiply bottle value by quantity

The value printed on an AP bottle and the number of bottles owned are different inputs. For example, 460 × 50 AP, 102 × 100 AP, 32 × 500 AP and 24 × 1,000 AP total 73,200 stored AP. The selected-item details repeat one stack; they are not an extra stack. Your regenerating AP bar is separate. Enter or review all four counts in the AP calculator.

Keep a current copy of the plan

Free local planning saves in the same browser when storage is available. Download a backup before changing devices or clearing browser data. Existing accounts with online saving can explicitly save one private, confirmed preparation plan online and open it from the same RoK Vault account on another device. An existing online plan remains available to open or download after online-saving access expires.

Saved balances are a snapshot; spending items in the game does not update them. Refresh your inventory before reusing a plan. See saving and refreshing an inventory for the steps.

What these guides establish

The examples describe RoK Vault’s current calculations and review methods. Sample accounts and kingdom rules are fictional. Training rates are calculator assumptions to compare with your own game screen; custom DKP is a kingdom policy. These pages do not establish official game rules, future event rewards or guaranteed results.
