Capture a usable account snapshot
Open the in-game Statistics panel for your resources and speedups. Keep the category headings, row labels and amounts visible. Use the original screenshot where possible; a number cropped away from its label is difficult to verify even when the digits are clear.
Capture resource, speedup and troop screens close together, before spending items. Note the account and time. If you train troops between screenshots, the three screens may represent different inventories. Take a new set or reconcile the changes before confirming the plan.
The resource calculator and speedup calculator let you inspect those categories individually. For a preparation goal, the power planner brings the balances together and shows each uploaded image beside its extracted values for review.
Read each resource as a separate balance
The resource-summary model distinguishes From Items from Total Resources. The total already contains the item amount. Adding the two columns counts the item portion twice.
| Reading | Amount | How to use it |
|---|---|---|
| From Items | 609.7M | Part of the total |
| Total Resources | 624.4M | Total inventory estimate |
| Loose resources | 14.7M | Total minus items |
The food total is 624.4M. Using 1,234.1M would overstate it by the entire 609.7M item balance. The displayed figures may be rounded, so the calculated loose amount is only as precise as the screenshot. Keep that uncertainty in mind when a target is barely affordable.
Check food, wood, stone and gold separately. Training costs require particular resources; a large food balance cannot replace missing gold. Crystals are outside the planner’s four-resource budget. Do not add unopened choice chests or random packs unless you have verified what the selected in-game summary includes and which contents you can actually use.
An item amount greater than its total is a reason to review the source, labels or capture times. Do not resolve that contradiction by accepting a negative loose balance. A missing row should remain unknown until you read it clearly or enter a verified amount.
Keep five speedup categories separate
A speedup total is a duration. It is not a count of items, and it is not automatically available for every task. Record the five categories independently so the selected tool can use the eligible pool.
| Category | In the power-push time budget? |
|---|---|
| Training | Yes, available for training |
| Universal | Yes, after any protected universal reserve |
| Healing | No; retain separately for healing calculations |
| Research | No |
| Building | No |
For example, 7 days 12 hours of training speedups plus 2 days 18 hours of universal speedups gives 10 days 6 hours eligible for training. Protecting one day of universal speedups leaves 9 days 6 hours spendable. Five extra days of healing speedups would not change either training figure.
When entering a duration, include units: 1d 2h 3m means 1,563 minutes. Enter 0m for a category you have verified is empty. Leaving the field blank preserves the distinction between no items and an unknown balance.
Universal speedups are a shared inventory. If you put the same ten days into a healing scenario and a training scenario, both calculations may be valid separately, but you cannot fund both plans with those same items. Use a reserve or allocate the time before comparing the combined cost.
Review a screenshot before applying it
In the power planner, uploading a screenshot creates a review item. The detected values are proposals until you confirm and apply them. Work through these checks while the image is visible:
- Check the account and capture. Make sure the screenshot belongs to the account you are planning and is newer than the balance you intend to replace.
- Check the label and unit. Read the correct resource row or speedup category, then verify the decimal, K/M/B suffix, and day/hour/minute markers.
- Resolve every required blank. Re-read the game, upload a clearer image or manually enter the verified value. Do not insert zero to make the result available.
- Correct before applying. Compare every detected amount with the original, make corrections, then use the explicit confirmation and apply action.
- Review the combined inventory. Confirm that the latest resource, speedup and relevant troop balances describe the same account before confirming account values.
Applying another summary replaces that category’s snapshot. It is not an additional pile of items. Uploading the same summary twice should never mean you own twice the balance.
If a troop screenshot is incomplete, check all source tiers and troop types required by your selected upgrade strategy. A fresh-only strategy does not need upgrade stock, but switching to upgrades can make those missing counts relevant.
Recognition is currently tested on English game screens. Different languages, compression, obscured rows and unfamiliar layouts can change the result. Successful screen recognition identifies a panel; it does not verify the account or prove that every amount is correct.
Save the snapshot, then keep it current
The free planner saves locally in the current browser when browser storage is available. Download a backup after a meaningful update, especially before changing devices, using private browsing or clearing site data. When opening a backup, review the replacement and check its account and age.
Existing accounts with online saving can explicitly save one private, confirmed preparation plan. Sign in with the same RoK Vault account to open it on another device. Review replacements and resolve a newer online version before overwriting it. Existing online plans can still be opened or downloaded after online-saving access expires.
Neither copy follows your game spending. After a training push, hospital heal or large item claim, refresh the affected balances before planning again. A previous confirmation describes the values you checked then; it is not a live connection to the account.
Scope of this method
This guide describes RoK Vault’s resource-summary, speedup-category and screenshot-review behaviour checked on 25 October 2026. Its examples are arithmetic demonstrations, not measurements of a particular player. The source of your actual inventory is the labelled game screen you review.
Public calculator screenshots are processed in your browser. An optional online plan stores the account values you explicitly save; it does not establish access to your game account. See Privacy for the current data policy, and Support if the review screen cannot represent a clear game value.
