1. About RoK Vault

RoK Vault provides fan-made tools and software for Rise of Kingdoms players and kingdom leadership. My Hub is available for private kingdom management. New Player Pro purchases are unavailable; existing subscriptions remain governed by their agreed terms.

RoK Vault is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Lilith Games. Rise of Kingdoms and related names, artwork and game assets belong to their respective owners.

2. Accounts

Your RoK Vault account uses your Governor ID as an account identifier. You are responsible for keeping your RoK Vault password secure and for activity carried out through your account. Do not use your Rise of Kingdoms login password as your RoK Vault password, and never send us your game login credentials.

3. Subscriptions and trials

RoK Vault offers monthly and annual subscriptions. Existing Player Pro subscriptions retain their agreed terms (introductory UK prices: Player Pro £1.49 per month or £14.99 per year). My Hub is £4.99 per month or £49.99 per year. Euro and US dollar prices are displayed before checkout. The exact currency, recurring amount, billing interval and applicable taxes shown at Stripe Checkout govern your purchase.

Previously issued Player Pro trials retain their agreed seven-day duration. Eligible new My Hub workspaces may receive one 7-day free trial. A payment method is required for a trial. Unless cancelled before its end, Stripe charges the selected monthly or annual subscription price and continues to renew at that interval. Ineligible or returning subscribers are charged according to the price and timing shown at checkout. Referral credit, where offered, is capped at a total of 7 additional days per My Hub. KD2329 has a separate permanent free My Hub entitlement.

Subscriptions continue until cancelled. You can manage payment methods, invoices and cancellation through the Stripe billing portal linked from RoK Vault. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period or trial unless Stripe displays otherwise. Existing subscribers retain their current agreed price unless they explicitly change plans.

4. Your kingdom data

You remain responsible for deciding what kingdom, player and event information you upload, import or enter. You confirm that you have permission to use that information for your kingdom-management purposes. Private My Hub data is protected by account and Hub permissions; do not share access links or credentials with people who should not have access.

5. Acceptable use

You must not attempt to bypass paid access, access another user’s private data without permission, interfere with the service, automate abusive request volumes, upload malicious content, misuse public signup forms, or use RoK Vault to facilitate cheating, account theft or other unlawful activity.

6. AI and calculated outputs

RoK AI and other automated features can make mistakes. Game mechanics, community conventions and game updates can change. RoK Vault does not guarantee that an AI answer, estimate, OCR result, seed estimate or imported value is complete or error-free. Where RoK Vault provides a deterministic calculator, its stated inputs and assumptions should be checked before acting on the result.

7. Availability and changes

We may improve, add, remove or replace features and may temporarily suspend parts of the service for maintenance, security or reliability reasons. We will not deliberately remove a paid user’s remaining subscription access without a valid reason, subject to these terms and applicable law.

8. Refunds and statutory rights

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

9. Liability

RoK Vault is a planning and management aid, not an official game service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for in-game losses, ranking outcomes, kingdom decisions or third-party service interruptions resulting from reliance on estimates, user-entered data or game changes. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access where necessary for security, fraud prevention, serious misuse or repeated breach of these terms. You can stop using RoK Vault at any time and can cancel paid subscriptions through Stripe.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, while preserving any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country of residence.
