Compare two roster snapshots without uploading them.
Import before-and-after CSV exports to see player power and KvK-stat changes, new governors and missing governors. Everything is processed in your browser.

Supported headers include Governor ID, Name, Alliance, Power, T4 Kills, T5 Kills and Dead Troops. K/M/B numbers are accepted.
Try a before-and-after comparison
Download the fictional starting CSV and ending CSV, then load them into Earlier snapshot and Later snapshot. Both use the artificial ID EXAMPLE-01, not a real Governor ID.
For that same Governor, power falls from 50,000,000 to 48,000,000: Power Δ is −2,000,000. T4 kills rise from 12,000,000 to 13,000,000 (+1,000,000); T5 kills from 3,000,000 to 3,500,000 (+500,000); dead troops from 500,000 to 750,000 (+250,000). Each change is later minus earlier.
Use comparable capture times and cumulative statistics. A blank endpoint leaves the change unknown (—), not zero. A governor not found later may reflect an incomplete export or changed identity; it does not prove migration or inactivity. Check unexpected negative kill or death changes against the source before scoring them.
CSV files stay in this browser session; download the template to check headers, quote numbers containing commas, and keep each file within 5 MB. This tool does not calculate DKP or transfer results to other tools. Follow the KvK contribution method to turn reviewed period gains into a separately defined score.
Matching rules
Governor ID is the preferred stable key. Name matching is only used for one unique exact normalized name when a conflicting ID is not present. Duplicate names or conflicting IDs remain unmatched instead of being guessed.
