Scanner results will use Verified, Review and Failed states with evidence for questionable rows instead of silently accepting uncertain values.

Repeat observations will build player and kingdom history rather than replacing previous values.
Kingdom analysis
Power, KP, Acclaim and alliance-level comparisons will come from observed data, with estimates clearly labelled when they are estimates.
